FAERIEWALKER SERIES JENNA BLACK BOOK 4
I really enjoyed Glimmerglass. I just got tired of the same old plot as a lot of other fairy type books I guess, or maybe I wasn’t in the mood to get into it. My only complaint is that Dana controls her emotions around him and can say no. She has decided she does like Ethan after all and does what him as her boyfriend. Brick and steel transform into bone, streetlights become gallows, and hungry alleys wait to snare mortal victims. I understand her reaction about her mother, but my underst Well, let’s face it.
The plane is attacked and everyone is killed except the hooded man who is kidnapped, and of course the Gray Man. For a moment I thought I was reading a preteen fanfic. Sure, I was never a fairywalker as a teenager, but I like to think that if I were, I wouldn’t have done anything so outrageously stupid as to make a deal with an immortal being involving giving up my virginity. Dana knows from the moment she sets eyes on the wannabe Goth chick that Al is trouble, but she finds herself drawn to the wounded soul she glimpses beneath the Faerie glamour. There was something that would almost make you feel creepy about his intentions towards her For all his broodiness, the guy is funny, and truly is a nice guy.
I ended jwnna skimming the rest of the book otherwise I would have thrown it across the room. Mar 10, Steph Sinclair rated it it was ok Recommends it for: Dana just irritated me even more in this book than in the previous one.
The romance is turned up quite a bit in Shadowspell.

Her mother is an alcoholic in denial. I’m jenan bit speechless here. Glimmerglass is the first book in the Faeriewalker trilogy. The fact that she’s still attracted to him after the unforgotten, politically driven, magic-induced kiss from the first book really frustrated me and I hated them together.

Together with Nadia, they uncovered the mystery of his death but at the same time they encounter a new problem; the real Nate had a secret that every powerful person in the state would kill to protect.
It’s utter nonsense, and it’s insulting. Shocker of the series: Brick and steel transform into bone, streetlights become gallows, and hungry alleys wait to snare mortal victims.
I’ll give her that. He gets what he wants, when he wants, because he himself can get what he wants, when he wants.
Dana’s troubles did not end at the end of Glimmerglass Check out our Karen Rose page. Since Fae is the only place where humans live in peace with the Fae, Dana is in deep trouble. I mean, how can you have Mab and Titania without Oberon, but whatever, ‘Arawn’ is cool too.
He is now part of the Hunstman. Who wouldn’t be though? I first noticed this awkward theme of patriarchy around 30 pages in, when I realized that overall, Dana was a fairly weak character.
But her future is assured, as long as she can maintain her flawless public image—no easy feat when your betrothed is a notorious playboy.
So, here we have a book that clearly defines this teenager as ignorant as she can get. The book starts with Dana on her not-date with Ethan to the faeeiewalker. I’m looking forward to seeing how this will all play out in Sirensong and see just how in the hell Ethan and Dana will make that work; Good stuff!
Jenna Black – Book Series In Order
He’s someone you know is Shadowspell picks up right were Glimmerglass ends, and this time Jenna throws in another fantastic, hot plot twist with Erlking, the leader of the Wild Hunt.
In order for him to have her, he needs to have her come to him willingly, and where else do you find the perfect opportunity than in Ethan? He father, Seamus, has her under 24 hour guard, but, that doesn’t stop her from constantly causing trouble for herself and others.
Jenna Black continues to deliver a great story that had me turning the pages as quickly as I could. So she and her father better do as they’re told…. Sirensong is the third book in the Faeriewalker trilogy which features the Dana being invited to be officially presented at the Seelie Court. Uh Huh But, that’s not all. She enjoys shopping, and going to the spa, and doing feminine things that reinforce her genderas it relates to society. She’s not quite cut out to defend herself but it doesn’t stop her from trying, some would call this bravery, but I call it irresponsible.
I guess that’s why Dana was so petrified when she sold her virginity to the Elking. And she’s always breathless!
Faeriewalker Series
I was as drawn to him as Dana was. Is this really a statement that needs to be made?
Rape is NOT appealing to me, and I’m sure others boack well, no matter how it is written into a storyline. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read.
Faeriewalker Series by Jenna Black
Nate wakes up with only memory that reaches to his back up memory. He magically seduced you for politics! However, what she did seriws Ethan redeemed a lot of these that bothered me and I’m hoping that we’ll see some growth in upcoming books.
Well, because of the whole not-being-able-to-have-sex-thing. Feb 11, Kayla rated it really liked it. There was something that would almost make you feel creepy about his intentions towards her But Dorothy is far from content with drivine her enemies into hiding. WHO can Dana really trust, and how is she even going to survive her situation without losing herself, or her life.
Then, during her senior year at Duke, she did some actual research in the field and made this shocking discovery: And, that’s not all, he also puts a mark on her shoulder that indicates that she is under his protection. This series is one I only read because I judged the book by the cover. Evermore Which is a really, really bad thing. Dec 03, Shelley rated it it was ok Shelves: He wants her powers.
